Turn Down Service

We offer Turn Down Service between18:00 and 22:00 every day, as a part of your stay. This service is available on request and all you have to do is contact the reception to make the arrangements.

Turndown Service includes the following 

• The bed is made and prepared for a good night's sleep.
• Curtains and shutters are closed
• The waste paper bin is emptied
• Any used crockery/glasses are removed
• Coffee/tea is refilled with fresh supplies
• Used towels are replaced with new ones
• New toiletries are put out
• The evening lighting is prepared
